Festival Fees (includes morning tea on 19, 20, 21 January)
Whole Festival (Friday – Monday): $250 – save $30 when you attend the full Festival
Or you can register for part of the Festival. Daily rates are as follows:
Friday, 18 January (Introduction): $30
Saturday, 19 January (Empowerment Day and Teachings) $100
Sunday, 20 January (Teachings) $80
Monday, 21 January (Teaching and Retreat) $70
Profits raised by the Festival are dedicated for public benefit to the International Temples Project and used for the development of the KMCs and Temple Projects throughout the world.
Morning tea is provided for Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We are not providing any meal service. The Festival is being held in the heart of the Wellington business district so you will be able to easily find delicious food and meals from the restaurants and cafes around the area.
You are responsible to book your own accommodation.
The Festival venue, the InterContinental Wellington, is offering special rates to stay during the Festival. If you want to book your hotel room now, please email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with the group code. The group code will also be included in your acknowledgement email when you register.
Please read the following information carefully.
Festival Fee: If you cancel before Friday January 4 we will refund all except the non-refundable 25% deposit. If you cancel on, or after, Friday January 4, no refunds are given if you cancel all or part of your Festival. Exceptions may be made in circumstances such as sickness or bereavement; you should apply by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 weeks of the end of this Festival. Any refund of the non-refundable 25% deposit is purely discretionary and may be subject to the deduction of any direct costs incurred by the Festival.
Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT-IKBU International Temples Project.
Car parking is limited in the city and you can park at the Intercontinental Wellington for $35.00/day. More details about parking here.
Children are welcome but special conditions apply. If you wish to bring a child under 16 years please ask for a separate booking form and further information. You will receive a confirmation letter via email. Please bring this letter with you to register or be ready to show photo identification.

The Festival begins with an introduction at 8pm on 18 January, 2019 and finishes at 3:30pm on 21 January, 2019.
